These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the unitproovaes website and analytics platform services provided by unitproovaes d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and unitproovaes. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

unitproovaes provides education analytics dashboards and customer acquisition analytics services specifically designed for educational institutions. Our platform offers data analysis, reporting tools, campaign tracking, and related analytics services to help educational organisations optimise their marketing strategies and student recruitment efforts.

2.1 Platform Access

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your organisation's internal business purposes. This license is revocable and may be terminated at any time in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or using our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorised personnel only

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to or input into our platform ("Your Content"). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, analyse, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our analytics services to you.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

10.1 European Union Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with or without cause. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
